Summary: The Maxar ARD team will make a minor change to the ARD ordering infrastructure tomorrow that may impact orders that are in progress.

Change date/time: Friday, July 9, 1:30 PM Mountain Time. Duration: 1 hour

Customer impact: All ARD services will remain online during this deployment. Every effort will be made to minimize the impact on orders. However, if an order is in process or placed during the deployment window, it will fail. Avoid placing orders right before or during this update.

Action required: Once the deployment is complete, check the status of your order by making a “get status” request from the SDK or Postman collection. If an order shows a “failed” status, it will need to be resubmitted.
